The location seemed exceptionally nice in a light industrial park near I-35. The hotels' team was very friendly and extremely helpful.

This place is nicely designed and conveniently located near Adventureland, great local restaurants, and north Des Moines, featuring a well-equipped queen room with a bathroom and a mini-fridge.

The hotel with beautifully maintained rooms, in a nice enough area, on a Cul-de-sac. A lot of appetising food at breakfast time. Fast check-in, late check-out. Nice pool.

The hotel was fairly clean and had very friendly staff. Tastefully decorated and fancy room for what we needed with Continental breakfast and a king-size bed.

The staff were caring and amazingly nice. The location was magnificent to the Minneapolis area. It was adjacent to a large office park and three restaurants, including the Outback Steakhouse national chain.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a quick overnight trip. The property was clean and easy to find. The room was great, with a flat screen TV, basic cable, microwave, and a small fridge that wasn't noisy this time. Plus, there was an Outback Steakhouse right across the lot. The breakfast was the best, and I appreciated the manager helping me switch to a more accessible room. a perfect experience.

Did not get the room that was booked through Booked.net! Will NEVER book with them again! Requested 2 beds, got king with sofa sleeper that was very uncomfortable, no bedding. Tried to sleep sitting up on sofa. Noisy & kids running & talking loudly in the hallway. Kids running out of elevator knocking you down at the door.

Our room smelled really musty or moldy

The room with the hot tub was amazing. The bed was so comfortable. The hotel's location right off Interstate 35 was perfect. Being close to national chains like Outback Steakhouse was convenient. Having a sanctuary nearby was a nice bonus.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice-sized king bed and four pillows. The hotel was conveniently located near Interstate 35W and had plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The internet worked well, and the TV had a good selection of movie channels. I was also impressed with the friendly staff, especially one member who went above and beyond to assist me. I would definitely stay here again for future travel.
